Help Wanted: AZ Real Estate Agent(s)

Help Wanted: AZ Real Estate Agent(s)

Arizona Wholesale Mortgage needs a few good people to write for this blog. You can write one piece or you can write an infinite amount of posts. It’s up to you.

We can’t pay you anything, but you will get something even better than a couple of bucks: links back to your website from a powerful Arizona mortgage website. The more articles you write, the more links you create to your own page. It’s almost too good to be true, right? Free Google juice?

Google has loved AZWM.com for years. But we want Google to love us even more. And what does Google love? Content. That’s why we need you.

You can self-promote; you can advertise listings; you can do almost anything you want here, within reason.

Obviously, we are a mortgage company, so posting inappropriate images or any type of advertising or encoded links is prohibited. Also, we have to obey all laws that govern both industries.

Honestly, please don’t waste our time if you are not a legitimate real estate agent, real estate lawyer, or working in some real estate related field. You won’t get a free link here. And if you do, it won’t last. Don’t be silly.

Here is what you can not do:

1. You can not post any kind of link to any website other than the one site that you pre-designate to be your own.

In other words, if you own bobbybrownsrealestate.com, and you want to promote yourself here, you can link to that particular website and absolutely nothing else. The exception to this rule is that you can post a link to your Facebook page and / or your Twitter page if you have one.

2. You can not post anything that has anything to do with mortgages. If you have an opinion about mortgages, or mortgage rates, and you would like to write about it here, please apply for a loan officer position with Arizona Wholesale. If you are a qualified, licensed mortgage broker and you we hire you– you can write here.

We simply do not want anyone posting mortgage information here who is not a licensed mortgage broker. Makes sense, right?

3. You can not post any links that lead to pages with pop-ups or excessive advertising or anything else that may otherwise annoy our visitors. If you are a legitimate, licensed Arizona real estate agent (or related field) with a website that is actually useful to consumers– you can link to it all day long.

4. With the exceptions of your own listings, you may not post anything that is posted anywhere else on the World Wide Web. Before we actually approve your post, we will use Copyscape to determine that all of the content is at least 75% unique. If you re-write stuff you found elsewhere, we will find out. So why waste our time or yours?

If you do everything that we need you to do, we will do everything we can to promote you. The more you do for us, the more we do for you. Is helping consumers out with valuable Arizona real estate information something that you want to do? Well then, gosh darn it, we want to help you too.
