If you are purchasing home in Maricopa county for less than $271,050 then an FHA loan might be the perfect Arizona mortgage loan for you.  An FHA loan allows an immediate family member to gift borrowers their down payment and closing costs money.  Thus, helping a lot of people obtain the dream of owning their own home.

If you are purchasing a home in a rural area, then a USDA Rural Housing loan would be the perfect Arizona mortgage for you.  USDA Rural housing loans offer no money down but are only available to borrowers who buy a home in a rural area.
