Harp 2.0 MI Transfer Update

Alot  of banks have their Harp 2.0 guidelines out.  However, you need to be careful.  Under the true Harp 2.0 program your existing Mortgage Insurance  company is suppose to transfer over your MI certificate.  That means your monthly mortgage insurance amount is suppose to stay the same.  Today I received an email from a lender stating if your loan receives a EA level one approval your Mortgage Insurance will increase.  What does that mean?
