What We Do:

As a mortgage broker, we shop around the country from the East coast to the West coast to find you the lowest home mortgage interest rate based on your unique situation. To us, it doesn’t matter if you have less than perfect credit. We can still help you. If you have had a previous short sale, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or loan modification we offer loan programs that allow you obtain a loan sooner than the average wait time after one of these situations. However, the down payment amount and interest rate is always going to be higher than a regular conforming loan.

Our licensed loan officers are available seven days a week to accommodate your busy schedule.

Purchasing a new home can be very stressful. Therefore, we make lending easy. We walk our clients through the process step by step from beginning to end. This involves providing helpful hints on how to clean up your credit, raise your fico scores, or even be able to save up money for your down payment. We help you make your dream of owning your own home a reality.

We at Arizona Wholesale Mortgage Inc. are a full service mortgage broker. We have been in business since 1998 and that’s a long time in today’s every changing mortgage environment.
