Looking for an FHA streamline refinance with or without an appraisal?  Well, look no further.  We can help.  An FHA streamline refinance without an appraisal requires very little loan documentation.  We do need a copy of your old note.  If you don’t have it no problem.  We will need a copy of your mortgage coupon statement. We can call your current mortgage servicer to obtain a copy for you.  You can’t have any current mortgage lates or that’s an issue.  If you have lower fico scores, that’s not an issue.  However, as usual the lower the fico score the higher the FHA streamline refinance rate.  There’s not much we can do about the interest rate if you have late payments.  If you have really low fico scores though you might want to clean up your credit prior to even applying for an FHA streamline.
